Due to State of Maine restricting gym member density and due to COVID19 related equipment shortages globally, the following issues are present at the gym:

1. You must not come to the gym if you have COVID19 symptoms or are in contact within the last 2 weeks with someone who has tested positive for COVID19
2. You must maintain legal spacing when using cardio equipment (either 6ft or 14ft, depending on your activity).
3. You must use 1 piece of equipment, clean it, then move to the next. You may NOT go between equipment between sets.
4. It is recommended you wear a mask on non-cardio style equipment. This is a recommendation.

We will update this list as needed for changes in order / equipment status and/or COVID19 regulations.
